What does a mold inspection entail? Our inspector will take several air samples from the home and send them off to the lab to be analyzed. From there, the lab will send us a report detailing out if there is mold in the air. The report will detail out what type of mold found in the sample. Also, our inspector can take a swab of any visible growth to have the lab analyze if it is mold and what type of mold it is. Once the lab sends the report to us, we will forward to you.
