Over the last 10+ years, we have built and established ourselves as a top property inspection company in the Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. The mission is simple: help buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate make educated and informed decisions about their real estate purchases.

New South Property Inspections is a local family owned business formed in March of 2011.  Co-owners, Wes and Crystal Grant, have expanded the business into the top inspection team in North & South Carolina with 4 certified home inspectors and 2 office staff. We proudly serve the North Carolina Counties of Union, Gaston, Mecklenburg, Anson, Cabarrus, Lincoln, Stanly, Iredell and Rowan.  We also service the South Carolina Counties of York and Lancaster.

Tim is passionate about being a home inspector.  He has been an inspector for six years and loves what he does.  He enjoys working with and helping clients, and he treats every inspection with a methodical approach to ensure that he checks for any potential issues or damages.  Thanks to his years of service in the United States Marine Corps, he has great attention to detail.

He is a proud husband, dad, Pop-pop and he relishes the time that he spends in each role.  He enjoys international travel, experiencing different cultures, woodworking, turning pens, and creating unique pieces of furniture.

Ron Menn

Ron Menn is a thorough and reliable Home Inspector with over 5 years of experience in conducting comprehensive home inspections to evaluate the condition of homes. Skilled in accurately diagnosing potential problems and providing detailed reports and recommendations to clients, Ron is a dedicated professional. As a Home Inspector at New South Property Inspections, Ron has conducted nearly 2,000 home inspections.

With prior experience managing investment properties, home remodels and holding a Real Estate license, becoming a NC Home Inspector later in life seemed to be the ideal role. In his free time, Ron enjoys hiking and gardening.

Matt is a licensed Home Inspector for North and South Carolina. He is dedicated to providing clients with the detailed information and peace of mind they need during the home-buying process. Matt takes great pride in his work and thoroughly enjoys helping families make confident and informed decisions. He lives in Waxhaw with his wife and three children. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and fishing.

Christopher West

Chris is a licensed home inspector with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to
doing things the right way. Honesty and transparency are the foundation of every
good inspection and every strong relationship with a client. Chris goal is simple,
to provide peace to the client about their biggest lifetime purchase. Off the job, he
values family time, traveling, going to church, working in his yard, barbequing and
watching both college and NFL football.
